Recipe for GERMAN SAUSAGE SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 red pepper (capsicum), seeded and diced
- 1 green pepper (capsicum), seeded and diced
- 1 large head chicory, thinly sliced
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 1 quantity Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds, to garnish
Cooking Directions
Remove skins from the sausages and dice. Put lettuce into a glass serving bowl, scatter over half the diced sausage.
Add a layer of peppers, then remaining diced sausage. Add chicory and cucumber, then pour over dressing.
Serve sprinkled with poppy seeds.
