Recipe for Labe Shireen Eid Special
Ingredients
- Milk 1.5 litre
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Cornflour 2 tbsp
- 1 tin Pineapple cubes
- Apples 3 to 4
- Mango 3 to 4
- Bananas 3 to 4
- Jellies (Banana, Mango and strawberry) 1 packet each
- Pistachios 20
- Rose water 1 tsp
- Silver foil for garnish
- Nuts almonds ¼ cup
- Unsalted peanuts ¼ cups
- 100 gm Strawberries
- 4 tbsp Vanilla custard
- 1/2 cup chilled water
- 1 cupcherries
Cooking Directions
Take a pan and put milk with sugar and cook for 2 minutes. Then add 4 tbsp of vanilla custard and dissolve it in milk and stir it with wooden spoon.
In a separate bowl add half cream and 1/2 cup chilled water and beat this for 5 mnts and keep aside.
Now take a sauce pan add 1 cup water bring to boil then add halfJellies (Banana, Mango and strawberry) cook it for 1-2 mint, after remove from flame and add 1 cup of cool water let it cool.
When custard become thick put off the flame and put into serving dish.and cool it on room temperature.Then add jelly and keep in a freezer to set.
After add 1 tin pineapple, , apple,mango, banana.Now in the middle add some almonds, pistachio. Then spread the cream.
Then add Jellies (Banana, Mango and strawberrys) and remaining dry fruits form top.Decorate withSilver foil, Strawberries and cherries and serve chilled.
