• 350 gms almond custard
• 15 grms gelatin
• 50 gms sliced almonds
• Few drops of almond essence
• 10 gms almond extract
• 200 gms mascarpone cheese
• 200 gms non dairy rich cream

Add gelatin in an almond based custard and mix them properly

Add almond flakes, almond extract and essence. Mix again

Add cheese and cream, stir well. Pour them into a desired mould lined with biscuit crumbs Freeze and serve it.
