• Brown/white bread slices – 10 nos.
• Eggs (beaten) – 3 large
• Milk – 2 tbsp
• Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
• Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp
• Butter – 1 tsp per slice

In a large mixing bowl, take beaten eggs, milk, essence, cardamom powder and mix well.

Heat a non-stick frying pan. Turn the heat to low and add the butter.

now time to dip one slice of bread into mixture (which we made) at a time and fry in the pan until it is crisp and golden in color.

Now repeat the procedure for all slices.
