Recipe for POTATOES IN SPICY YOGURT
Ingredients
- 10-15 baby potatos peeled and boil in salted water
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 onions finely chopped
- Coriander leaves and green chilis copped for garnishing
- Oil for Fry
Cooking Directions
Boil the potatoes in salted water Drain it and pierce it lightly with fork and add yogurt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric and salt according to taste or ½ tsp. leave it for marination for about half an hour.
Heat oil and put onions in it and sauté for a while now, add marinated potatoes.
Cook it until it gets thicker and garnish with chopped Coriander and green chilis.
Hot POTATOES IN SPICY YOGURT is ready serve with naan and raita.
