• 8 King Fish pieces
• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
• pinch Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
• 2 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
• 2 tbsps Lemon Juice
• to taste Salt
• 3 cups Oil

Make a thick paste by mixing all the ingredients adding a little water and apply evenly on all the fish pieces and marinate for 1 hour min.

In a pan heat oil and shallow fry the fish for 8mins

Take out on towel paper Garnish with mint leaves
