• 1 cup Cream Cheese
• 6 Mushroom
• 1/2 cup Cream
• 3 cups Milk
• 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
• 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
• 1 1/2 cups Chicken Breasts (boiled and chopped)
