• 2 cups whole milk
• 2 tbsps Water
• 120 grams Dark chocolate
• 1 tbsp sugar

Put small chocolate pieces in a bowl. Add 2 tbsp of water.

Keep bowl in microwave oven on high for one minute. Take bowl out and mix well.

In a saucepan add milk and bring it to under a boil, then stir in sugar.

Once sugar has dissolved into milk, and milk and chocolate, stir milk into the chocolate.

Stir continuously until everything has mixed in well.

Pour hot chocolate drink into mugs, allow to cool slightly and drink warm. Serve immediately.
