• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• 1 cup Flour
• Pinch Salt
• 2 tbsps Butter, melted
• 2 tbsps Cocoa
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar
• 1 Egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 6 tbsps Hazelnuts, chopped
• 4 tbsps Cocoa
• 1/2 cup Brown sugar
• 1 cup Black coffee

Preheat oven AT 200 C. Sift together dry ingredients (except last three).

Stir through butter, milk, egg and hazelnuts until well combined.

Spoon batter into 4 ramekins.

Sprinkle over brown sugar and cocoa then pour over coffee

Bake for 20 minutes.

Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon and sugar

Serve with vanilla ice cream
