Recipe for FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mini chips semisweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 servings 1 packet splenda
Cooking Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Mix all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes or until firm.
