Recipe for Pakora Ramadan 2012
Ingredients
- Gram flour 1 ½ quarters
- Green chilles 2 to 3
- Red chilli 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Mint leaves ½ bunch
- Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Onions 2
- Coriander ½ bunch
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Baking soda ½ tsp
Cooking Directions
Combine gram flour, mint, onions, baking soda, coriander and all spices in a bowl.
Add some water to make a thick mixture.
When mixture is ready, fry it in hot oil in the form of pakoras.
Delicious pakoras now ready.
Serve these pakoras with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
