Recipe for SPICED FRIED FISH
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 175 g fish fillets
- Oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
Cooking Directions
Mix the ginger garlic, chili powder, and salt with lemon juice.
Rub the mixture all over the fish fillets and leave for 5 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan.
Dust rice flour over fish fillet and press it on fish so that it sticks well.
Shallow fry the fish for 4, 5 minutes and then serve hot. It’s so yummy.
