Recipe for Nuts Milk Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 glass boiled milk
  • 8-10 almonds
  • 7-8 pistachios
  • 2 seeded dates
  • 2 walnuts
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • sugar
  • chocolate sauce

Cooking Directions

Grind the nuts into a powder. Add sugar and grind again.

Add 2 tbsp in a glass of milk and shake well. You can serve it cold. Garnish with chocolate sauce.

Store the powder in an air tight container.

Nuts milk shake is an easy recipe. You can enjoy this cold summer drink after workout session to boost up energy levels
