Recipe for Enjoy Cold Ginger Soup
Ingredients
- 3 cups skimmed milk
- 1 tsp ginger ground
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 3 tsps sugar (optional)
- 2 cups of fresh peaches (peeled, pitted and chopped)
- 2 tablespoons rum
Cooking Directions
Prepare a puree of fresh peaches with ginger and cinnamon.
Add milk, sugar and rum. Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve.
Tasty ginger soup is ready. This serves 4.
