Recipe for Enjoy Cold Ginger Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups skimmed milk
  • 1 tsp ginger ground
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 tsps sugar (optional)
  • 2 cups of fresh peaches (peeled, pitted and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons rum

Cooking Directions

Prepare a puree of fresh peaches with ginger and cinnamon.

Add milk, sugar and rum. Refrigerate for at least an hour and serve.

Tasty ginger soup is ready. This serves 4.
