• Baking powder 2 tsp
• Plain flour 3 cup
• Lemon peel 2 tsp
• Lemon juice (of) 2 lemons
• Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
• Garam masala 1/4 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Apples 3
• Wallnut 1 cup
• Golden syrup or honey 1 cup
• Eggs 2
• Oil 1 cup
• Caster sugar 1 cup
• Brown sugar 1 cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tbsp

Chop the apples in small pieces.

Take oil in a bowl, add brown sugar and caster sugar.

Beat the mixture well and add an egg.

Beat the mixture again.

Add the eggs one by one and keep beating.

Also add lemon peel, lemon juice and vanilla essence.

Beat the mixture well.

Add baking powder in plain flour.

Also add cinnamon powder and garam masala.

Then add salt in it and mix all the ingredients well.

Gradually add flour mixture in egg mixture.

Keep beating well.

Add wallnuts and apples in the batter.

Mix the fruits in batter by folding with hands.

Add the batter in a previously oiled baking pan.

Place in oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.

Glaze the cake with golden syrup or honey.
