Recipe for Pakistani apple-cinnamon cake

- Refined flour 1 ½ cups
- Eggs 2
- Caster sugar 1 cup
- Apple ( grated ) 1/2 cup
- Yogurt ( whipped ) 1 ¼ cups
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Butter ( melted ) 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 ½ tsp
- Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
Cooking Directions
Mix flour , baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a bowl.
Beat eggs, yogurt and butter in a separate bowl; add apple.
Grease muffin tray; put paper moulds on it and pour in mixture.
Bake cake in pre-heated oven at 180 c for 20 minutes
