Recipe for Beans with Coriander and Cream

- Kidney beans 1 cup (boiled)
- Coriander 2 tbsp (green)
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- Cucumber 2 tbsp (cut into small cubes)
- Tomato 1
- Onion 1
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Whisk cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard paste, black pepper, and salt together in a bowl.
Add boiled kidney beans along with cucumber, tomato, onion and green coriander in the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Serve and enjoy.
