• Eggs 10
• Sugar 300 gm
• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
• Oil as required
• Plain flour 300 gm
• Butter 50 gm

Put eggs on room temperature for a while.

Add sugar in eggs and whip them well.

Once the egg mixture picks volume.

Add vanilla essence and butter in it and mix well.

Oil the baking pan slightly.

Add plain flour cake in batter and mix with hands.

Mix for 1 minute only.

Pour the batter in the baking pan.

Bake in pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
