• 1/2 kilo steak cut in small cubes
• 2 to 3 cups macaroni or any pasta you like
• Black pepper
• 3 chopped garlic
• 2 chopped tomatoes
• Oil
• 3 tablespoon tomato paste
• 2 chopped onions
• Salt to taste
• 2 teaspoons cumin powder

Boil macaroni with salt, when ready set aside.

Fry the onions till golden then add the steak cubes.

When the water from the steak evaporates, add chopped tomatoes, garlic and rest of the ingredients.

Add water, salt and let the meat cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.

When the meat is done and you have a thick gravy, add the macaroni and mix well.

Keep it on low heat for 5 minutes, and serve.
