Recipe for Mango Squash
Ingredients
- Mango pulp 2 kg
- Sugar 2 kg.
- Water 1 litre
- Potassium Meta bicarbonate 2 g.
- Citric acid 25 g.
Cooking Directions
Take a blender and put mango pulp and water in it and blend well. when finished keep aside in a glass bowl.
Take a saucepan and boil 2 cups of water and sugar in it. Now simmer it for about 15 minutes or until thick syrup is formed. After that put it aside to cool.
Now take a large glass bowl and mix together the mango mixture, sugar syrup, potassium Meta bicarbonate and citric acid in it and stir well with a plastic spoon. After doing this store it in sterilized glass bottles.
Add some crushed ice to the individual glasses and pour 4 to 6 tablespoons of the juice in it and dilute to taste with cold water.
