Recipe for PUNJABI LASSI
Ingredients
- 4 cups butter milk
- 2 tsps Salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger sliced
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 3 tbsps mint leaves
- 1 cup ice cubes
Cooking Directions
Add chilies, salt and ginger to the buttermilk.
Stir Heat oil and fry mustard seeds.
When it crackles pour onto the buttermilk mixture, Chill
