Recipe for Ice Cream Fruit Custard
Ingredients
- Mango pulp 2 cup
- Cream 1 packet
- Milk 1 cup
- Condensed milk 1 cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Lukewarm water ½ cup
- Gelatin powder 1 tsp
- Ingredients for custard
- Milk ½ liter
- Mixed fruit 2 cup
- Sugar ½ cup
- Beaten cream 100gm
- Cherry as required
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Strawberry custard 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Dissolve 1 tsp gelatin powder in ½ cup water.
In a blender, add 2 cup mango pulp, 1 cup milk, 1 packet cream, gelatin, ½ cup sugar and 1 cup condensed milk.
Blend well and pour into an air tight box. Freeze.
To make custard, cook ½ liter milk. When it boils, add 2 tbsp strawberry custard and let it thicken.
Now add ½ tsp vanilla essence and frozen ice cream.
Garnish with 100gm beaten cream. Put 2 cups mixed fruits in the middle and cherries as required.
