Recipe for Pizza Sauce
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 1/2kg
- Oregano 1tsp
- Minced ginger 1tbsp
- Brown sugar 1tbsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Crushed chilies 2tsp
- Vinegar 4tbsp
Cooking Directions
Blend 1/2kg tomatoes to a fine puree
Heat the puree ina pan till the water dries off completely
Add 1tsp oregano,1tsp minced ginger,1tbsp brown sugar,1/2tsp salt,2tsp crushed chilies and 4tbsp vinegar
Mix all the ingredients together and cook for 1-2 minutes
