Recipe for Bar-B-Que Murghi
Ingredients
- Chicken-1,1/2 kg (8 pieces)
- Ginger Paste-1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste-1/2 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper-1 tsp
- White cumin-1/2 tbsp (bhuna hua pisa hua)
- Food color (zarday ka rang)-1 pinch
- White Vinegar-1/2 cup
- Lemon-4
- Yogurt-1/2 cup
- Salt-To taste
- Oil-1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Washed the chicken and apply food color and vinegar in it.
Take yogurt put all the ingredients with lemon in it and mix it well.
After that marinate the chicken with yogurt mixture and leave it for 1/2 an hour.
Now put these chicken into pan and evaporate chicken’s water.
Take a seekh and put all the chicken pieces in it and cook it over burning coal.
Apply oil as required and again cook it.
now serve it with Tamarind Chatni.
