Recipe for Watermelon sluchie
Ingredients
- 8 cups —- cubed seeded watermelon
- Quarter cup —- sifted powdered sugar
- 150 gms —- frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
- optional – Mint springs
Cooking Directions
Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover & freeze.
Place half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, & half of concentrate in a blender, & process until smooth.
Serve while cold.
Do the same procedure with the other half of the ingredients.
