Recipe for Spiced Tea
Ingredients
- Water :- 21/2 cup
- Cloves (Lavang) :- 2 nos
- Cardamom (Elaichi) :- 1 nos
- Black Pepper (Kali Mirchi) :- 4 nos
- Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) :- 1 nos
- Tea leaves (chai ki pati) :- 2 tsp
- Milk (Dhoodh) :- 11/4 cup
- Sugar (Cheeni):- 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Take water and in it put cloves, black pepper, cardamom and cinnamon. Boil it
Now put the tea leaves; continue stirring it for couple of mns.
To this add sugar, milk and continue boiling. Once done remove from flame.
Filter it and to be served hot
