Recipe for Ganaay ka ras
Ingredients
- 1 liter – sugar cane juice
- 1 – green chilli, chopped
- 1/2 inch – ginger, chopped
- 6 – pudina leaves
- Lime juice from 1 big lime
- ice cubes
Cooking Directions
Make a fine paste with green chilli, ginger & pudina leaves
Add sugar cane juice & lime juice & run mixie for 1/2 min
Remove half the quantity of juice, add ice cubes & run mixie for few seconds
Repeat the same with the remaining juice
Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes
