Recipe for Kanji Carrot Drink
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg kali Gajar or black carrots
- 2 tablespoon rai
- 1 teaspoon red chilli
- 4 tablespoon salt
- 4-5 liter water
Cooking Directions
Cut gajar in slices long or round shape.
Mix all ingrediants (ground rai ) in water in a glass jar.
Place it for 3-4 days keep stiring it evering morning and evening.
After 3-4 days it will be ready for use.
