Recipe for Custard Kheer
Ingredients
- Rice-1 cup (boiled)
- Fresh Milk-2 cup
- For Caramel
- Sugar-2tbsp
- Vanilla Custard Powder-3tbsp
- Almonds/Pistachio (Badaam, Pista)-1/2 cup (Chopped)
- Water-1tbsp
Cooking Directions
Take a cooking bowl, Put milk, sugar, rice n cook it until it become thick.
After that take 1/2 cup of chill milk n dissolve custard powder in it. Put it in the thick paste.
Now put almonds n pistachio in it.
Stir it with wooden spoon then remove it from flame.
To prepare caramel cook water with sugar until it becomes golden in color.
Pour it in a serving bowl n for garnishing put caramel in it.
