3) Now if you want to add some color to your lip balm so that it acts like both a lip balm and a lip gloss, you can add color to it.
4) Select a color you like, so that you can make a lip balm or lip gloss of that color.
5) Once selected mix that color into Vaseline, the amount of eye shadow depends on how dark the lip balm you want.
6) Mix it till the color blends properly in Vaseline.
