There is no doubt that with the passage of time, we have become more habitual of eating fast foods. Whether the parents like to have fast food or not, but most of the times they are forced to have them by their kids.
Fast Food Varieties:
Nowadays the trend of eating burgers, pizzas, French fries, nuggets and other fast food items have been increased tremendously. I don’t think there would be any kid who is not in love with fast food products.
What the Research Says?
The scientists of University of California have proved that the fast food items are more likely to damage our teeth. Another group of researchers from the University of Adelaide’s Australian Centre for Ancient DNA (ACAD), the University of Aberdeen (Dept of Archeology), Scotland, and the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, Cambridge, England have made it clear that various genetic problems in human body and cavities of the teeth are the result of having too much burgers and pizzas.
Why Fast Food damage our Teeth?
This is because the fast food items contain too much fatty ingredients. When the ingredients are torn up by our teeth, chances are there that their tiny particles get trapped into our teeth. The children who are usually not habitual of brushing their teeth face the problems of cavities. In addition to cavities, the fast food particles remain present in our teeth throughout the night if we don’t have brushed properly, resulting the break down of teeth’ bones.
The Solution of the Problem:
The solution of the problem is very simple. First of all we should avoid having too much fast food especially don’t let your kids have them in larger quantities because they would not only develop health issues but also they would become lazy due to eating of fatty foods. Secondly, we need to make sure that we have brushed our teeth properly before we go to sleep in the night. Brushing our teeth at-least twice a day can help us keep our teeth free of germs and cavities.
