Pakistan is the big market for Google Inc. because of its growing online population which is more than the overall population of Singapore and more than the internet users of Malaysia.
The number of internet users is on the rise in Pakistan, crossing 22 million mark as if now though they need engagement being a significant internet population that will come with different ways.
Google can be used for infinite ways the users that people can exploit for different purposes including economic growth and society prosperity and particularly the interaction of international community so as foreign companies will think about safe political set up of the country and to be attracted to explore opportunities in Pakistan.

Jana Levene, Emerging Market Development, Southeast Asia said on Monday at a meet-up “Hangout with Google”.
More than 8 million queries are searched on daily basis on Google search engine (www.google.com.pk) by Pakistani in which 25 percent searches come from mobile phone users, Mac Warburton, who is part of the Emerging Market Sales Team said.
Different people with different questions used Google in search of their desire results as Google is numbers one in Pakistan which is used by 97 percent by its internet population, he said.
Among them, the queries made by telecom users constitutes the lion share with 386,000 question as a matter of fact the phone users are huge in numbers, he explained. These users want to know about calling and SMS packages, prices of handsets and etc,.
Badar Khushnood, Country Consultant, Google Pakistan delivered the welcome address. Anand Tilak, Regional Manager Agency Relations & Sales Development, Google South East Asia talked about “Opportunities Beyond Search”. The last session for the marketers was a Google Panel Talk comprising of Badar Khushnood, Jana Levene, Anand Tilak and Marc Warburton.
The technical session began with a welcome note by Imtiaz N. Muhammad, GBG Manager, Karachi. This was followed by sessions by Aileen Apolo, Head of Outreach, Southeast Asia, Niken Sasmaya, Online Partnership Group, Google Southeast Asia and Andy Warner, Access Manager.
The last session featured Aileen Apolo, Andy Warner and Niken Sasmaya & Badar Khushnood in a panel discussion.
Over 300 professionals from online/digital media marketing and deployment industry attended the moot. The event was organized in partnership with Pakistan Software Houses Association for IT & ITES (P@SHA) and managed by Terrabiz.
