These days when I pick up a tabloid. The most clichéd headline or news piece I read is, “Several gunned down in Karachi”, “6 People killed in 4 hours” and etc. This has become too much to bear for me, gore and violence for any person is enough to drive him bonkers if the frequency and quantum continues unabated. This is my belief and as a matter of fact most people in Karachi believe that they are living in Iraq or Somalia where war and conflict is a daily part of the life.
Well I for one am fed up, if the government is harboring criminals and through these criminals they are turning my city of Karachi into a warzone for their filthy gang wars and extortion rings. Well I have had it, the state has failed I cannot take this anymore I’d rather buy a hand gun and shoot the next weirdo who tries to get close to me and I will survive because it is plain old self defense. Also if I have a good lawyer I can get away with it. That is how I and most people are thinking, why bother with the police and ranger because they are bigger thugs and criminals in uniform and they are biased against the Mohajirs. This has been observed by me on, multiple occasions through firsthand experience.
Thomas Jefferson once said:
“All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for the people of good conscience to do nothing”
The above quote is quite true and I believe that the good people of this country have gone under or gone into a deep slumber. That is why evil has raised its ugly head and now every part of the country is in ruin. Hence the time has come for salvation which can only be achieved in the creation of the Mohajir province. This province shall be for the Mohajir people only and the rightful inhabitants of Urban Sind. Once this new province has members of the executive, legislature and judiciary from the localities of the Mohajir province and not from Peshawar, Lahore, Punjab or any non-Mohajir area. The matter will be resolved. If you think I am wrong please look at the American local governance system, the American system is successful and it has yielded a strong federation and an economy. The reason is that a citizen of New York State shall not be employed in other public sectors of other states ordinarily and the average New Yorker is more comfortable to know that the police and mayor live in New York city and are not from out of state, This kind of governance is the best kind of governance, and this grass root level of governance can make Pakistan way better economically and politically. This is my opinion. Plus the stupid and brain-dead morons sitting in the provincial and federal legislatures and law enforcement agencies have tried a lot to curb violence in Karachi, so why not give my idea a chance as well.
Let me assure the readers that if they believe that I am being racist or ethnically biased in my assertion for the Mohajir province, then why do you allow a Seraikistan or Bahawalpur as provinces that are based on pure ethnicities of Sariki? Just answer this question, if the Sarikis can get their own territory then so can the Mohajir because we left everything in India for this land. If you think that we will waiver in our demand for a Mohajir province well knock yourself out because we are going to get our province by hook by crook and will lay down our lives for this province. Hence the government should decide which way does it want it the hard way or the easy way. Once again for the record I have had it with all this violence, now give us our own province where we call the shots and watch us make it a Paris and a paragon whilst the rest of Pakistan goes with its feudal, mullah and pro-establishment policies.
