Life is name of loss, pitch black darkness and battalions of miseries in Pakistan. Although the life of a human being is precious and a gift for mankind from God, in Pakistan it’s value is more than a pawn in the hands of the ruling leaders. Due to such treatment of the masses at the hands of our rulers, even the European countries and USA believe that the Pakistani’s are just the symbol of missiles targets and dishonesty. Considering the violence they shed upon us, they believe, “human life itself has no value”, in Pakistan. But in certainty we are philanthropic and brilliant minded people, with sacrifice and enthusiastic spirit, resisting war and violence, contributing in world peace war.
We are living with load shedding, shortage of water and many other similar problems, which is affecting the whole young generation, especially students and their studies; and closing down of businesses and industries in Pakistan. The major need of these circumstances is to have patience and people of Pakistan are rapidly losing on that front sue to the chaotic conditions prevailing in the state. A lack of patience in the Pakistanis has resulted in clashes, attacks, and disturbance in law and order situations. If we review the law and order situation in Pakistan, two recent disasters which occurred on Sunday, can be sited as the top news of each newspaper. Firstly, in Karachi people were killed in target killing when gun men started fire at a car. Secondly, another tragic event was witnessed in Peshawar, when a remote controlled bomb, which was fitted in pressure cooker, hit the police check post and immediately after blast the whole region of Peshawar was gripped by fear and terror. In the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, many attacks lead to the destruction of schools, bridges, police stations, private and police vehicles, and electricity towers this year.
Pakistan’s newspapers’ headlines flash stories of the countless death in different cities each day. Every day, one reads that in Lyari operation and target killing in Karachi several innocent people died. Recently, many citizens were killed in Quetta by unidentified armed militants. Suicide attack targeting, unidentified armed militants happen to gun down soldiers and the masses. In Hazara sectarian violence, which has also been called a religious separation, death of a person by unknown militants was another hot story. Militant operation in Khyber agency has been continuing for many days but only resulting in losing control of the law and order situation. In Baluchistan confiscation and kidnap and killing is on rise due to conflicts between government and Baloch people on the issue of human rights exploitations, more independences, and more sovereign and in some cases to breakaway. In Waziristan US Drone attacks, which targeted northwest Pakistan, claiming it to be a part of war against terrorism, has killed innumerable innocent people. Gilgit-Baltistan is also facing religious separation issues and the government is trying to resolve this issue by improving a rapidly worsening law and order situation.
Putting all these issues aside, the major reason of making life a misery in Pakistan is that in reality the war is of the politicians fighting for power, amidst which the public is being crushed. The public is also responsible for such worsening conditions because, if they had elected an able leader, using with their mind not emotions, the situation of Pakistan could have reflected a higher value of the people living here.
