The World Bank on Friday approved $550 million loans for Educational and Natural Gas projects in Pakistan, report said.
The report said that the Executive Board of the Washington-based lending agency approved $200 million for natural gas which would be given to the Federation to enhance supply in country while the remaining amount would be spent on educational projects.
The bank said that the loan would help 8 million children in Punjab to get access to standard education.
