Ramdan is here with all its blessing, during Ramadan routine you need to make sure that you maintain your healthy diet and keep your self hydrated and healthy at the same time. You need all the necessary nutrition in Ramdan more than any other month or time of the year. This year its too hot in Ramadan and you don’t want to be looking dull while fasting. Don’t torture your self by having bad eating habits in Ramadan.
There are a few tips which are very useful in Ramadan :
1) Don’t overeat thinking that this will not let you feel hunger during fast. Eat according to your capacity because overeating will only get you stomach and digestive system disturbed.
2) Keep your self hydrated, you cant drink water but take showers to feel fresh and hydrate your skin. Make ablution that will hydrate your skin and give you extra reward too.
3) Avoid Oily Iftars, these much oily things are not healthy for you and will make you feel thirst as well, making your digestive system heat up. So take fruits and juices.
4) Use Yougurt in Sehri and Iftar.
5) Eat Dates in Sehri and Iftar, this maintains your sugar level.
6) If you have to stay out of home, use umbrella to resist the heat outside, remember you have to take care of you by yourself.
7) Avoid Spicy Food in Ramadan, spices lift up your thirst level and make you feel the heat in environment even more.
8) Don’t forget to brush your teeth after you have had your sehri and after iftar.
9) The most important tip, remembrance of Allah, this will make you as fresh as never before maintain your log of prayers and reciting the Holy Quran and you will not feel the tough summer fasting.
