Modi’s Cricket Diplomacy with Pakistan

Posted in : Politics, Sports

(added few years ago!)
Modi wants to humiliate Pakistan in Cricket as he has seen Pakistan’s dismal and shameful plight by the hands of minnows like Bangladesh. Indian team is very strong in batting and relatively better in bowling. At home grounds in India specifically and in South Asia generally, they are even more stronger on the dead pitches. That is why Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India wishes to start a cricket series between both countries. They say that the intention is to improve our relations but the truth is that the intention seems to enjoy Pakistani feeble, untenable, puny and talent-less team. Pakistan has never seen such an impotent, coward, and meek team.

Modi’s Cricket Diplomacy with Pakistan

With scared bowlers who have no swing, no speed, no magic balls; with batsmen who have no heart to even score a decent half century, with fielders having holes in their hands; Pakistan will become a laughing stock in front of Indian team. India has recently lost the world cup by the hands of Australia in Melbourne in semi finals. Indian fans are furious. In order to put balm on their wounds and to provide them some sort of comfort, Modi has come up with this idea of thrashing Pakistanis. This will not only portray him as peaceful dove in front of the world, but also will win him popularity at home when Indians will hit Pakistan out of the park. This is a trap and we must not fall into it. Let’s first get some decent team on the table which shows some mettle, and then take on the India.
