The common citizens of Karachi, mainly the Urdu-speaking people are showing their anger against PTI at their own at different places in NA-246. Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) is not attacking the PTI offices, rather it’s the local residents of Karimabad, Azizabad and other localities who are not tolerating PTI’s bashing of Altaf Hussain. Now MQM and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are locked in a face-off yet again as the election campaign in NA-246, Karachi. PTI is again playing victim and trying to blame the MQM and its leadership for disparaging PTI office, whereas MQM maintains that it wasn’t its workers but the common people.
The thing is that Imran Khan and his minions are using derogatory and inflammatory language against every politician in the country for a long time now. Now other party has responded to them the way MQM has and its workers have risen against the dictatorial style of Imran Khan. Imran said that pants of Nawaz Sharif had gone wet, but PML-N didn’t respond. Imran has been calling Maulana Fazlur Rehman as Diesel, but JUI-F didn’t respond. Imran called Zardari thief, but PPP didn’t respond. Imran mocked Achakzai, Asfand Yar and various other politicians but they didn’t retaliate the way they should. Sticking to his dirty habit, Imran Khan is also hitting below the belt on Altaf Hussain and MQM workers have responded now in NA-246. They say that enough is enough. From one side establishment is squeezing MQM, media like ARY is bashing MQM from other side, and now on cue from establishment Imran has also come hard at MQM. But people of Karachi are awake and their heads are spinning with anger at Imran.
