Dark circles under eyes can be due to many reasons like sleep deprivation , stress, lack of balanced diet, depression, sun exposure and excessive use of medicines. Whatever be the reason of dark circles they don’t look good on your face. Dark circles can be treated easily with some home remedies. These home remedies include using simple ingredients found in the kitchen, application of some herbs, certain changes in lifestyle, yoga and exercise.
1) Take enough sleep 6 to 8 hours, whatever is suitable for your body.
2) Drink 8 to 12 glass of water.
3) Take some almond oil and massage the area with it, every night before going to bed.
4) Crush some mint leaves and apply them on your eyes. Keep them for 20 minutes.
5) For healthy eye, eat Fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin E.
6) Dip cotton balls in rose water or chilled water. Keep them on eyes for 5 to 10 minutes.
7) Always use sun glasses when going out. It will protect your eyes from harmful rays.
8) Apply freezed cucumber juice around the eyes. This will remove your dark circles and also cure the puffiness around the eyes.
9) Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, half tea spoon lemon juice, make a paste and apply it on your dark circles. Keep it for 10 minutes and then wash away.
