Recipe for Rose Water Souffle
Ingredients
- Caster sugar 1/3 cup
- Water 2 tbsp
- Rose water 2 tbsp
- Whipped fresh cream 8 oz
- Egg whites 4
- Gelatin 3 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Pink color few drops
- Rose petals for garnish
Cooking Directions
Put water and sugar in small pan and dissolve sugar.
Now close stove, put rose water and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
Then beat cream, egg whites and sugar syrup.
Then fold melt gelatin in cream mixture.
Then put pink color, put mixture in bowl and chill it.
Then take it out, garnish with rose petals and serve.
