• Filling of the Pie:
• 2 cups of brown sugar (light)
• 1/2 cup cream at 15 % or 35%
• 1 Table Spoon of butter
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 2 Table spoon of flour.(all purpose or any)
• 1 Pie crust( unbaked)

Mix brown sugar and flour.

Add the milk, cream and butter.

Cook on the stove for 2-3 min.

Let it cool off.

When cool put it in a pie and bake in oven on 375 F(190C) until golden crust pie for about 35 minutes.
