• Boiled potato ½ kg
• Boiled eggs 2 to 3
• Soa ½ bunch
• For sauce:
• Mayonnaise ½ cup
• White vinegar 2 tbsp
• Cream 2 to 3 tbsp
• Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
• Olive oil 1 tsp
• Salt to taste

First boil ½ kg potatoes and cut in cubes.

Then boil 2 to 3 eggs and cut in to two.

For sauce:
In a mixing bowl add ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 2 to 3 tbsp cream, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp olive oil and salt to taste to mix.

In a mixing bowl add salad with mixture then put eggs on top and serve.
