• 200 gm Tofu Rounds
• 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
• 3 Vanilla Beans ,Scraped
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Take a pan. Feed into it Maple Syrup, Vanilla Bean Scrapings, Dollop of Butter and Vanilla Extract.

Cook it down to almost a Caramel Consistency.

Pour over Tofu then refrigerate.

Add Cranberry Relish topping and garnish with spring of Mint.

VANILLA MAPLE is ready to serve.
