• 3-4 tbsp Butter
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 3 large Potatoes
• 1 small bowl boiled fish or chicken
• 1/2 onions finely chopped
• Handful of fresh parsley finely chopped
• 1/2 cup of grated cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs
• oil fr frying

Peel and chop 3 large potatoes and boil them in well salted water until tender and mash able.

Drain them and transfer them to a large bowl.

Add 3-4 tbsp of butter in hot potatoes and mash well.

Now add garlic powder and other seasonings.

Now add Boiled chicken or fish with finely chopped onions parsley and cheese. Mash it all together with potatoes.

When mixture gets cooler add one egg to bind it.

Take 1 tbsp of mixture on your palm and shape it into a ball and put them in fridge to set.

Now in a bowl beat two eggs and in other bowl add flour and some salt and pepper.

If you want to add some herbs you can add them in flour to give a Italian style.

Now dip the balls in the eggs then coat them with crumbs.
Deep fry till golden brown.

Serve with sauce of your choice.
