• Chicken (boneless) 1/2kg
• Oil as required
• FOR MARINADE:
• Musturd powder 1tsp
• Green chillies 6
• Garlic paste 2tbsp
• Lemon juice 2tbsp
• Garam masala powder 2tsps
• Oil 3tbsp
• Red chilli powder 2tbsps
• Salt to taste
• COATING:
• Eggs 2
• Salt to taste
• Cornflakes 1/2 cup

Combine chicken with the marinated ingredients and set aside for half an hour in a refrigerator.

Beat eggs and add salt to it.

Lightly crush the cornflakes.

Roll the chicken in egg and coat with crushed cornflakes.

Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry chicken.

You can serve it with french fries and tomato ketchup.
