Recipe for Mango Cake
Ingredients
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cream 2 packs
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Flour 2 cups
- Mango Puree 1/2 cup
- Mango Essence 1 tbsp
- Mango Chunks 1/2 cup
Cooking Directions
Beat eggs,sugar with electric beater for 3o minuets,
Than add mango essence in it and beat for 2 min, Now add flour in it and fold it, Dont beat this mixture after adding flour in it,
Put this mixture in greased cake pan, Bake it for 20 min in preheated oven,
Beat the cream stiff. ( FOR DECORATION) Soak the sponge cake with 6 tbsp pineapple juice,
Spread the cream on the cake evenly on all sides, Then top with mango puree and chunks,
Shread some chocolate on sides, Cool for 1 hrs in the fridge before serving.
