Recipe for Chocolate Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients
- Milk 1 Kg
- Sugar 250 gm
- Corn flour 4 tbsp
- Cream 2 cups
- Chocolate syrup 1 cup
- Chocolate cookies 200 gm
- Melted cooking chocolate 250 gm
Cooking Directions
Heat milk in a pan for 10 minutes on low flame. When it turns slightly thick add sugar and stir till it dissolves.
Mix corn flour in some water and pour this mixture into the milk, stirring continuously.
Now beat in cream and chocolate syrup. Then add in pieces of chocolate cookies.
Cover the base of a cake mould with aluminum foil and pour the mixture into it. Deep freeze for 4-5 hours.
When done pour melted cooking chocolate onto the cake.
Deep freeze until the chocolate is all set. The ice cream cake is ready to serve.
