Recipe for Apple Pineapple and Orange Salad

- Apple, diced1 big
- Pineapple, diced1/2 medium
- Oranges, segmented 2 medium
- Fresh mint leaves, finely shredded
- 1 tablespoon
- For dressing
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Roasted cumin seeds, crushed1/2 teaspoon
- Red chilli flakes1/2 teaspoon
- Black peppercorns, crushed 5-6
Cooking Directions
Mix together all the ingredients of the dressing along with two tablespoons of water.
Mix together apple, pineapple, orange.
Add the dressing and toss. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
