Recipe for Macaroni Pomodoro
Ingredients
- 300 grams Beef mince
- 500 grams elbow macaroni(boileed)
- 1 tbsp basil leaves
- Thyme Herb pinch of
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Garlic and ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
- 4 tbsps olive oil
- 150 grams Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp Red chilies crushed
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- to taste salt
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pot. Add onion, bay leaves, garlic, ginger and mince. Fry
Add water and cook till mince is tender
When mince is tender and water dries, add all ingredients except pasta and cook for 15mins
Add macaronie and mix Dish out and garnish with cheese
