Recipe for Dry Fruit Milkshake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Dates
- 4 Figs (soaked)
- '' cup Almonds (soaked, peeled)
- '' cup Pistachios (peeled)
- '' cup Cashews
- 5 Currants/ prunes
- 1 cup skimmed milk/ a scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 2-3 tbsps Honey
- Pinch of Cardamom
Cooking Directions
Add all the ingredients into the blender jar and blend well.
Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve chilled or warm.
You can also make a dry nut powder and add it with fig, dates and milk whenever required.
Tasty dry fruit milkshake ready to serve.
